No Returns, Replacement-Only Policy

We sell a specialized product, namely a Levitating GTA Cash Lamp, which involves delicate electronic and magnetic components. Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final.

2. No Returns / No Refunds

  • We maintain a strict no return and no refund policy on all orders.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances, except as expressly stated in Section 3 of this Policy.

This policy is in compliance with applicable Indian e-commerce and consumer laws for non-returnable goods of a fragile and specialized nature.

3. Replacement Eligibility (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product Only)

We will provide a one-time replacement only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging (where applicable)

Failure to report within the specified timeframe will result in rejection of the replacement request.

4. Replacement Process

  • Upon verification of the claim, we will initiate a replacement at no additional cost
  • The replacement will be shipped to the original delivery address
  • We reserve the right to arrange a reverse pickup or request self-shipping, depending on service availability

No monetary refunds will be issued in any case.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian laws:

  • Our liability is strictly limited to replacement of the product
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product
